These Beta Terms govern your participation in the XENIS beta programme. By joining the waitlist and accepting these Terms you agree to the conditions below. If you do not agree, please do not join.

Participation in the beta is free of charge. The first 50 members ("Founding Members") will keep special founder benefits when XENIS introduces paid plans. Any future pricing will be communicated clearly in advance, and you will never be charged without your explicit prior agreement.
All content on XENIS is AI-generated and is owned by XENIS and/or its licensors. Joining the beta gives you no ownership or licence to reuse the content outside the platform. The XENIS name and logo are our trademarks.
By joining you agree to receive emails related to the XENIS beta (invitations, updates, feedback requests). You can unsubscribe at any time, and withdrawing consent will remove you from the waitlist.
The beta is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XENIS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the beta.
We may suspend or end your beta access, or the beta programme itself, at any time and without notice.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute, the competent courts are those of the district of Leiria (Comarca de Leiria), Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that allow consumers resident in the EU to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence.
We may update these Terms. The version and date above will change; continued participation means you accept the updated Terms.
