Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 June 2026 · Version 2026-06-11

This Privacy Policy explains how XENIS ("XENIS", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you join the XENIS beta waitlist at xenistv.com. We respect your privacy and process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

XENIS is a project operated by an individual entrepreneur (empresário em nome individual) registered in Portugal under tax number (NIF) 298 990 032, with registered address at Rua do Comércio, 2540-076 Bombarral, Portugal. For any privacy matter you can contact us at iaflixinfo@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

When you submit the beta waitlist form we collect only:

We do not collect any special-category data, and we do not ask for more than the above during the beta waitlist phase.

3. Why we use it & legal basis

We use your data to manage the beta waitlist and to contact you about XENIS beta access, invitations and related updates. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the consent box. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 6).

4. How long we keep it

We keep your data until the end of the beta programme or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data for marketing. Your data is stored on our own server hosted in the European Union (Hostinger). We only use processors necessary to operate the service, under appropriate safeguards.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email iaflixinfo@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt).

7. Cookies & tracking

XENIS does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only use your browser's local storage to remember your chosen language. No profiling takes place.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data (HTTPS encryption, access controls, server hardening). No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version and date at the top will change, and the consent record stores which version you accepted.
